The present invention provides an aluminum tube cutting device capable of forming the shape of an aluminum tube and at the same time cutting the aluminum, setting the working positions for formation and cutting of the aluminum tube on the same position mechanically, and preventing a strain effect on the aluminum tube effectively. To do so, the device includes: a material supply part which continuously supplies a tube by unwinding the tube wound in a coil shape; a correction part which has multiple rollers touching the top, the bottom, the left, and the right side of the tube to spread the tube supplied from the material supply part; a transfer part which is fixed and installed in the direction in which the tube is supplied from the correction part and transfers the tube; and a cutting part which cuts the tube transferred by the transfer part into pieces of a certain length. The cutting part includes: a forming unit which flattens the cutting area of the tube by compressing the top, the bottom, the left, and the right side of the tube and at the same time, generates a notch of a certain depth on the top and the bottom side of the tube; and a cutting unit which applies a tensile force in the longitudinal direction of the tube to cut the tube based on the notch generated by the forming unit. |
