The present invention relates to a construction panel for purifying indoor air and a manufacturing method thereof. The construction panel is stable against fire by securing insulation properties of the existing construction interior materials, maintains a fixed intensity that the existing adsorption panels do not have, and maintains adsorptive power using a topping method of an adsorbent unlike the existing method where most of the adsorptive power is lost by forming an adsorbent through mixing with a binder, thereby providing excellent indoor air purifying effects by an adsorbent.
