An apparatus for controlling the angle and position of a painting gun is disclosed. The apparatus for controlling the position and angle of a painting gun according to an example embodiment of the present invention includes: a support unit which is installed in a movement module as a painting gun controlling unit in order to control the position and angle of the painting gun which is mounted on a movement unit by being installed in the movement unit of a painting system for spraying paint on a painting object surface; and a rotation guide unit which is installed in a length control unit which is installed in the support unit for controlling a distance about the painting object surface of the painting gun and an end part of the length control unit and is supported so that the painting gun is able to rotate around a shaft which is parallel to the painting object surface.
