The present invention relates to the mounting structure of a reinforcement beam for a door, wherein the reinforcement beam is installed inside a vehicle door and placed near an outer panel, and mastic sealant is applied between the reinforcement beam and the outer panel. The mounting structure of a reinforcement beam for a door according to the present invention comprises a bracket which includes a first wing part extended from one side of a connection part with a plate shape and a second wing part extended from the other side, wherein the first and second wing parts are bent to face each other. The bracket is installed to face the outer panel by inserting the reinforcement beam between the first wing part and the second wing part, and applying mastic sealant to the connection part, and the connection part has an application groove with a concave shape to which the mastic sealant is applied. According to the present invention, when mastic sealant is applied, the mastic sealant can be prevented from running before hardening, and the reinforcement beam can be temporarily fixated between the first wing part and the second wing part by elasticity, therefore, an adhesive application process is omitted during assembly, thereby efficiently performing assembly processes.
