The present invention relates to a task based reference information management system and a reference information management method thereof and, more specifically, to a task based reference information management system and a reference information management method which include: a configuration environment generation part for generating work flow configuration, task configuration and distribution configuration; and an execution environment performing part which performs each task belonging to the work flow by referring to the work flow configuration and the task configuration and generates result information according thereto, and distributes the result information to an external system by referring to the distribution configuration. According to the present invention, convenience of a user can be improved, by processing all works of model definition and data management on the basis of task.
