The present invention refers to an improved device for working out abdomen and waist, as well as the upper muscles of the body, reaching the effectiveness of the routine by pendulum movements and a movement counter. The device includes a main structure with two adhered pivots in which two rectangular cushioned seats are assembled. The case has two rollers in the upper portion of a rail and a roller in the lower portion thereof. The working out device includes a Y-handle which end portions include two grips acting as supports, a rail through which the main structure, with the seats and two support columns for supporting the rail, is displaced. |
