<p>Provided are a LED lighting circuit and a LED lamp containing the circuit in which: the circuit can supply electricity to a number of terminals; the supplied electricity operates in DC and AC with a period from a number of Hz to several hundred KHz; can use a general commercial electricity, a magnetic and electronic output electricity for a fluorescent light, and a magnetic and electronic ballast output electricity for a discharge lamp; can connect the electricity to different terminals of the circuit regardless of different polarities; and turns on the LED after the electricity is supplied and has a constant brightness by maintaining a constant current.</p> |
