PURPOSE: A device to inject a lens is provided to improve quality of the lens injection-molded by controlling the off-center within two micrometres when the lens is injection-molded and to prevent burrs from generating by cutting a gate. CONSTITUTION: A device (100) to inject a lens comprises a fixed plate (110), an operating plate (120), a fixed pin core (130), and an operating pin core (140). The operating plate includes a hollow hole with a cavity in outer circumferential surface in the inside and is separated from the hollow hole, and the pin core is inserted. The fixed pin core is inserted into a hollow hole of the fixed plate to move in a linear shape and an upper part is formed in a shape corresponding to one surface of the injection-molded lens. The operating pin core is inserted into the hollow hole of the operating plate to move in a linear shape and an upper part is formed in a shape corresponding to the other surface of the injection-molded lens. The hollow hole of the fixed plate, the hollow hole of the operating plate, and a hole of the pin core are simultaneously operated by grinding the same with a jig. |
