A motor according to the present invention comprises a stator having a plurality of stator cores arranged radially; a rotor arranged at an air gap with a surface of the stator and fixed to the rotary shaft; and a fixed magnet fixed to the other side of the stator and increasing magnetic flux. The motor may perform same as a double rotor or better than the double rotor and reduce the manufacturing costs.
