1420986 Non-stick moulds PAMPUS KG 23 May 1973 [30 May 1972 23 Oct 1972] 24537/73 Heading B5A A mould 1, 2 for moulding foamed polyurethane comprises a mould cavity defined by a re-usable shell lining which is formed of a non- stick fluorine-containing plastics material and which has a wall-thickness of at least 1À5 mm. The shell lining may be formed of fluorinated ethylene-propylene (F.E.P.), polytetrafluoroethylene (P.T.F.E.) or an injection mouldable perfluoralkoxide. The shell lining may be formed from two or more parts, e.g. 4, 5. As shown the mould 12 is used for injection moulding a conically shaped bush 3, the shell parts 4, 5 being stripped from the bush when cold. |
