<p>PURPOSE: A method for producing biofuel using microalgae is provided to produce hydrogen and biodiesel and to reuse moisture components of microalgae. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing biofuel using microalgae comprises: a step of heating microalgae and damaging the cell wall(S10); a step of producing hydrogen using moisture(S20); a step of heating the steam-extracted microalgae and converting oil into vapor(S30); and a step of producing hydrogen and biodiesel using the oil(S40).
