The pump (1) has a propelling electromagnet (7) and a fluidic restrictor apparatus (8) that comprises a cylinder (9) and a piston, where the piston abuts an elastomer body (3) at an end of a working stroke. A liquid-filled chamber divides off flow out of the liquid by molded-in channels on a surface or in interior of the elastomer body by sealing against a piston bead or multiple beads. Volume of a chamber is reduced by an advance of the piston with simultaneous deformation of the elastomer body.
