PURPOSE: An ultraviolet blocking cosmetic composition is provided to have excellent UV blocking effect together with cooling effect, and to provide UV blocking product which is easy to use and to carry. CONSTITUTION: Urethane foam has 10-70 hardiness based on an ASKER hardness tester type F in which an ultraviolet blocking cosmetic composition with the viscosity of 5000-15000 cps is impregnated. The ultraviolet blocking cosmetic composition comprises 20-67 weight% of an oil component, 0.01-10 weight% of an emulsifier, 1-35 weight% of one or more components selected from a group consisting of an inorganic ultraviolet blocking agent. 1-20 weight% of pigment, and 30-70 weight% of water-phase component. |
