A device for automatic regulation of three-phase arc furnace mode is proposed. The device comprises an arc current sensor, an arc voltage current sensor, whose outputs are connected to inputs of a comparison unit, the output is connected to an input of control signal shaping unit, a power amplifier, whose output is connected to an input of electrode-positioning mechanism of the phase through an electrode-positioning drive. The electrode comprises in each phase: a fuzzy controller, a differentiating circuit and an adder, an output of comparison unit is connected to first the input of fuzzy controller and though the differentiating circuit to second input of the fuzzy controller, the output of fuzzy regulator and output of control signal shaping unit are connected to the first and second adder inputs correspondingly, the output of adder is connected to the input of power amplifier. |
