METHOD FOR CONTROL OF QUALITY OF COMPRESSION SPRINGS WITH ACOUSTIC EMISSION

A method for control of quality of compression springs with acoustic emission includes measurement of quality of springy elements through compression and tension of those. At compression and tension of springs acoustic signal of emission is measured as friction of crystals of material that comes to existence in the body of the spring at its deformation. The signal is obtained by means of piezo-acoustic sensor and transmitted to the system that plots the acoustic diagram of elastic deformations of the spring, with its comparison to the reference signal.
