TECHNIQUE FOR ANTERIOR SPONDYLOSYNDESIS IN RESECTION OF BODY OF VERTEBRA AT LEVEL OF CERVICAL BACKBONE DIVISION

The technique for the anterior spondylosyndesis in the resection of the body of vertebra at the level of the cervical backbone division comprises the resection of the elements of the support complex of vertebra, the generation of the recipient bed in the anterior part of the body of vertebra, mounting of the vertical endoprosthesis replacing the resected one, fixation of the endoprosthesis to the adjacent vertebrae with the screws. The injured vertebra is resected at the depth equal to the diameter of the cylindrical part of endoprosthesis. The vertical endoprosthesis is mounted at the area of the anterior support complex of the adjacent vertebrae. The pathologic angular deformity is removed by increasing the vertical size of endoprosthesis rotating the rod.
