The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a house wall frame for reducing a construction period and a construction method using a house wall frame and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a house wall frame which comprises: a first step of assembling an inside form and an outside form and of installing reinforcing materials in the width and height directions at constant intervals on the outer surface of the inside and outside forms; a second step of forming openings on the inside and outside forms; a third step of installing spacers in between the inside and outside forms; and a fourth step of installing a connection steel bar which has a C shape, which is combined with the upper ends of the inside and outside forms by using an opened part thereof for covering and wrapping the upper ends of the inside and outside forms. The connection steel bar in the fourth step is configured into a shape in which a pair of members is separated a predetermined distance from each other and faces each other symmetrically, wherein each member is composed of a head unit having an L-shaped cross section instead of a C shape with one side opened and a body unit extended from the end of the head unit at right angles; wherein the head unit has a lifting hole and multiple first bolt grooves formed successively from the top to the bottom, and a body unit has a second bolt groove formed on the upper part thereof and multiple hanging hooks with a hook shape formed at predetermined heights in the downward direction from the second bolt groove. |
