The present invention relates to a software testing device and a testing method, and provides a configuration comprising; the first robot system (10) to test a software driving the first robot (11); and the second robot system (10) to rest a software driving the first robot (11) by repeatedly operating the first operation panel (13) provided in the first robot system (10). By using the software testing device and the testing method, the present invention can test a software of the first robot system by controlling motion of the first robot through operation of the first operation panel with the use of the second robot to repeatedly execute the software stored in a memory of the first controller.
