A differential flange assembly including a flange member and a washer member are open in the present specification. The flange member has a through-hole which is restricted by an engagement face and passes through the engagement face. At least one slot is formed on the engagement face to extend to the outside in a radial direction from the through-hole. The washer member has at least one tap extended from the peripheral edge of the washer member and at least one opening. The tap is mounted in the slot to engage with the engagement face of the flange member. The interaction between the slot of the flange member and the tap of the washer member prevents the rotation of the washer member against the flange member.
