FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: device is designed for usage in oil production industry to deliver working medium (wash liquid, steam, chemical reagent) to the well for cleanout purpose. Station consists of tubing string 1, oil well pump 2, discharger 3, rod string 4, 5, beam-pumping unit, unit 6 for kinematic connection of rod string 4, 5 with beam-pumping unit, water swivel 7, hose 8, unit 9 for delivery of working medium (wash liquid, steam, chemical reagent) to the well for cleanout purpose. Tubing string 1 is installed inside the well casing string; oil well pump 2 is connected hydraulically with tubing string 1, rod string 4, 5 by its lower end is connected kinematically to oil well pump 2 and by its upper end through water swivel 7 and unit 6 to beam-pumping unit. The upper part 4 of rod string 4, 5 is made hollow; it is designed to drive oil well pump 2 (together with lower part 5) both for working medium delivery to cavity of tubing string 1. Discharger 3 is installed at the lower end of hollow part 4 of rod string 4, 5. Discharger 3 is made either as open channel for continuous delivery of working medium (wash liquid, steam, chemical reagent) or as overflow valve for dosing of working medium (chemical reagent).EFFECT: expanding functionalities of the station due to well washing by liquid, simplifying construction and operation.1 dwg |
