FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: laser processing is performed using with material processing zone illumination at frequency other than that of laser processing. Laser beams reflected from processed material and illumination beams are passed through focusing lens. Laser beams reflected from processed material and illumination beams are divided by rotary diachronic mirror. Illumination beams are focused in TV camera.
