FIELD: construction.SUBSTANCE: method for monuments encrustment includes selection of colour scheme for pattern fragments as per design, pattern contouring at the base surface, preparation of the base, fixation of pattern fragments by adhesive compound, at that different species of natural stone and/or glass of different colours and shades and/or chips of different species of natural stone and/or glass of different colours and shades are used as fragments according to the selected mosaic pattern; the existing monument or monument component or a new monument is used as the base; fragments are laid into a common mosaic pattern as per design at auxiliary surface, for example at paper sheet; then outer contour of the ready mosaic pattern is made at auxiliary surface and template is thus received; with this template by tools contouring is made at the base surface or panel to be fixed at the base; against this contour at least one deepening of required depth is cut at the base or at least one though-hole is made at the panel to be fixed at the monument and then the panel is fixed at the monument; thereafter at the level of the base or panel face prepared of mosaic pattern is placed in at least one deepening and poured by special-purpose adhesive compound; after complete hardening of adhesive compound surface of mosaic pattern is levelled, smoothened and polished.EFFECT: fabricating of encrusted articles which have the initial appearance and do not need recovery thus increasing their service life; providing better fabricability, reducing time of fabrication which allows serial production of encrusted monuments, possibility of monuments fabrication of materials related to different price categories with maintenance of colour design, expression, reliability and operation time.2 cl, 7 dwg |
