FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: laminated glass-metal-composite is produced from plates of glass, placed between metal plates, which have coefficient of temperature expansion, exceeding its value in glass. Formation of laminated glass-metal-composite is carried out in neutral medium in chamber with flat base. Flat base of chamber is covered with anti adhesion covering, heated to temperature of fusion of metal layers. On anti adhesion covering is covered Melt of metal is applied on adhesive covering to form metal plate of required width. Melt of metal plate is covered with melt of glass to form glass plate on which melt of metal is applied to form metal plate. After that, package of plates is cooled to temperature of glass plate vitrification and laminated glass-metal-composite is burnt at temperature of vitrification.EFFECT: increased reliability of connection of glass and metal sheets of glass-metal-composite to each other and simplification of technology of laminated glass-metal composite production.1 dwg |
