FIELD: biotechnologies.SUBSTANCE: initial substrate is put into methane-tank with the possibility of gradual movement inside the perforated pipe through liquid anaerobic zone of methane-tank with the following processing of soluble, finely- and medium-dispersed organic substance of substrates into gaseous energy carrier and mechanically de-watered solid fraction that undergoes thermo-chemical gasification with obtaining synthetic gas and solid residue. After processing in anaerobic bioreactor with attached microflora the liquid fraction is returned to the methane-tank, and solid fraction of methane-tank effluent is used for preparation of fertilisers. Mechanically de-watered solid fraction is dried before thermo-chemical gasification with the use of synthetic gas combustion products.EFFECT: increase of methanogenesis process intensity, improvement of mass and dimensions indices of the plant, gasification of non-extractable non-hydrolisable part of the wastes and useful application of effluent organic substance enriched by nitrogen in moving form.2 cl, 1 dwg |
