The present invention provides a support structure of a marine structure and a construction method thereof. The support structure and construction method thereof is comprised of: a support frame installed in marine; multiple jacket legs which are combined to the support frame to support the support frame and placed on the seafloor; a jacket file which is installed to be separated from the inner peripheral surface of the jacket leg inside the jacket leg and in which a lower part is embedded to a predetermined depth from the seafloor, and includes a reinforcing plate that is installed protruded along a longitudinal direction of the jacket file on an outer peripheral surface; and fillers filled in space between the jacket leg and jacket file. |
