Disclosed is a device for relaxing muscle, which transfers stimulus with with intensity to the calf of leg by changing the inclination of a slope. The device for relaxing muscle includes a tilting member (10) which is inclined at 25-45 degrees from the surface, a support member (20) which forms a slope by supporting one end of the tilting member (10) from the surface, a reinforcing member (30) which is formed in the lower end of the tilting member (10) and improves durability, a protrusion member (40) which is formed with cylinders on the upper end of the tilting member (10), a blocking member (50) which is inserted into the other end of the tilting member (10), a handle (60) which is formed on the front of the blocking member (50), and a step member (70) which is detachably combined with the blocking member (50) and adjusts height. The device for relaxing muscle according to the present invention is made of environment-friendly material, provides mountain-climbing and walking effects through exercise, adjusts exercise intensity by adjusting the stimulus on calf of leg step by step, and provides multifunctional stimulus by forming protrusions to stimulate the acupoint of the sole of a foot. |
