The present invention relates to a dust removing device by using water power and, more specifically, to the dust removing device installed in a water channel and removing foreign substances in fluid. The dust removing device comprises a guide member installed in a diagonal direction from one side to the other side of the water channel to increase a fluid speed by narrowing a width of the water channel; a first rotary shaft including a propeller to be rotated by the water in which the fluid speed is increased by passing through the guide member; a second rotary shaft installed to the upper part of the first rotary shaft, rotated by receiving the power generated from the first rotary shaft, and connected to the first rotary shaft by an 8-shaped belt to be rotated in an opposite direction with the first rotary shaft; a rake rotated by being connected to the second rotary shaft and in which a filtering plate is formed in a radial direction on the outer surface to filter and pump the foreign substances; and a conveyor installed to a height corresponding to the rake and in which one end is positioned to the outside of the water channel to discharge the foreign substances filtered through the rake to the outside. |
