A glass scattering preventing film has a laminated structure which successively comprises the following components: a demolding layer, a binding layer, a substrate film layer and an anti-static layer, wherein the binding layer comprises acrylic adhesive which is obtained through intercrossing of an adhesive copolymer and a crosslinker. The adhesive copolymer comprises a monomer, a copolymerization monomer and a monomer which comprises a functional group. The glass scattering preventing film prevents display glass scattering in damage and has a thickness of 15 mu m outside the demolding layer and a haze less than 5%. Therefore the glass scattering preventing film can be integrated into display equipment and performs an effective checking process. |
