Disclosed are a volume measuring apparatus for an inner space of a structure using a fluid, and a volume measuring method using the same. The disclosed volume measuring apparatus comprises: a fluid supply control valve which is to control the supply of a compressible fluid; a mass flowmeter which measures the flow rate of the compressible fluid supplied through the fluid supply control valve; a pressure sensor which measures the inner pressure of a structure being measured, changing according to the inflow of the compressible fluid into the inner space of the structure by passing the mass flowmeter; and a control unit which closes the fluid supply control valve when the pressure of the inner space of the structure is detected as the same as a previously set pressure by the pressure sensor, and calculates the inner volume of the structure by calculating the flow rate detected by the mass flowmeter, an elapsed time, and a specific weight of the fluid.
