The present invention relates to a mobile terminal for blind people having text/image/video presentation functions. More specifically, the present invention relates to a mobile terminal for blind people having text/image/video presentation functions which enables the blind people to easily use mobile web browsers which perform texts, images, and videos by locating braille buttons on braille key pads and to read the output texts, images, and videos. According to the present invention, mobile web pages provide text information, images, and videos in braille and provide accessibility to mobile webs which are convenient for web page maker or the blind people. In other words, the mobile terminal provides various media contents to the blind people who are difficult to access images or videos so that the blind people can participate in education fields and various society activities, and provides mobile document/email editing functions so that the mobile terminal can perform smart work for blind people who work in all levels of society.
