The present invention relates to a method for introducing proteins into cells with high efficiency and, more specifically, to a method for remarkably improving the introduction and maintenance efficiency of bio-functional materials such as proteins, nucleic acids, drugs, and the likes into cells using specific short mitochondria target peptides and sMTS; and a fusion composition used for the same.
