One mixes the listed components with egg yolks, cream, salt, citric acid, black hot pepper, nutmeg and laurel leaf. The produced mixture and bone broth are packed, sealed and sterilised.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
