Endoprosthesis of the hip joint contains the stem with the demountable calcar and cross grooves with the cutting edges in metaphyseal part of the stem, the spherical head mounted in the cavity of the cup with elastic insert separated into flexible petals, antiprotrusion ring installed on antiprotrusion flange of the cup along its wide section, and the locking disk at the bottom of the cap. The surface of the stem and the external surface of the prosthesis are equipped with the porous coating. |
