A mechanical clutchless press comprises a frame, a crank shaft mounted in bearing supports of the frame and connected to a motor by a flywheel and a flexible coupling, an eccentric bushing mounted on the crank, whose eccentricity is equal to the crank radius, and which is covered by a large head of connecting rod, a piston located in the vertical guides of the frame and connected to the connecting rod and a balancing device, and a press actuation means driven by a power cylinder attached to a support, which is fixedly mounted on the connecting rod, a compression spring located in the piston cavity of the cylinder and a piston rod pivotally connected to a movable element, wherein the actuation means is made in the form an axially movable eccentric bushing, on the cylindrical outer surface of which splines are made slidably connected with the splines arranged on the inner surface of the large head of the connecting rod and on the end surface a recess is made which is located opposite the protrusion on the end face of the crank shaft, while a movable eccentric bushing is connected by turns by a recess with the protrusion of crank shaft or splines with the large head of connecting rod. |
