The present invention relates to a ceramic sheet with cracks and a ceramic laminate sheet which has a polymer resin layer formed on one side or both sides of the ceramic sheet. The cracks penetrate the ceramic sheet from one side to the other side and divide the ceramic sheet into pieces. The ceramic laminate sheet does not have a groove for crack formation on one side and the other side of the ceramic sheet.
