A method of manufacturing closed structures of plastic tubular material includes forming parts of closed structures on one-piece mandrel, hardening the parts, removing them from the mandrel and connection. Plastic tubular blanks of desired size are pre-selected, and the connection is performed by setting in the joint area of fittings of desired shape. The operation of forming parts of structures is carried out by bending pipes with heating and finally the sports equipment is modeled using the produced fragments of structures. |
