FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a panty-like product (2) used for incontinence for body discharge collection in incontinence comprising a front portion (4) and a back portion (6) coupled together by the manufacturer within two segments (14) of side seams to form a front and back strip in the continuous transversal or circumferential waist (16) direction with a closed waste opening (18), and a perineal portion (8) provided with an absorbent body (7) and a liquid-impermeable coating material (62), extending in the longitudinal direction (9) between the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) coupled by the manufacturer with the front portion (4) and the back portion (6). Both the perineal portion (8), and the front portion (4) and back portion (6) limit leg openings (19) in the product used for incontinence. The front portion (4) and the back portion (6) comprise first elasticity means (28) extending at a distance from each other and parallel with each other in the transversal and waist circumferential direction (16) and thereby making the front portion (4) and the back portion (6) elastic; the product is characterised by the fact that the perineal portion (8) overlaps at least 20% of the front portion (4) area and at least 20% of the back portion (6) area; a transition (90, 92) from the perineal portion (8) to the front portion (4) and from the perineal portion (8) to the back portion (6) comprises a reinforcing coating (94, 96) of the liquid-impermeable coating material (62) of the perineal portion (8) that overlap the perineal portion (8) completely in the transversal direction (16), however in the longitudinal direction it extends up to longitudinal ends (98, 100) of the perineal portion (8).EFFECT: improving the invention.33 cl, 9 dwg |
