The device has a steel circular plate (6) arranged on lower part of the device, and a screw nut (11) and a tube welded at center of the disk, where the plate serves as a support to foam (5). A nut (3) and a washer (15) are placed inside the disk and remain on same level as a support. The foam and exterior sky covering (4) cover a steel structure. A cord (8) passes into eyelets (16) to tighten the seat. A steel bar (13) has a perforation for inserting and fixing an installation. The screw nut penetrates into an opening, and a nut (9), the washer and a counter-nut (10) fix the device.
