The present invention relates to an edge-band trimming apparatus for an edge-banding machine capable of improving productivity and enhancing continuity of quality by simply and quickly achieving height controls of a vertical roller as much as a lap cover thickness in the case of a timber panel with attachment of a lap cover while height controls of a vertical roller by an adjustment screw to match a thickness of the timber panel are applied in the same way as the conventional method, and includes frame, mobile block, vertical roller, vertical roller adjusting unit and guide block. wherein; the vertical roller adjusting unit comprises; a slide bar combined with the vertical roller with installation allowing up and down slide along a slide groove formed in an up and down direction on the mobile block; and a coil spring intervened to elastically push the slide bar in the up and down direction along a slide groove of the mobile block ; and a fine adjustment member where a rotary axis protruded to a lower part penetrates an upper end of a slide groove of the mobile block to be rotatably combined to the left and the right; and a stopper installed for fixing to an upper part of the mobile block to respectively limit rotation to the left and the right sides of the fine adjustment member; and an adjustment screw thread coupled through a rotation axis of the fine adjustment member with a lower end connected with an upper end of the slide bar to move the slide bar up and down according rotation to left and the right. |
