CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an anodal active material(220) having a wire structure by etching the surface of the material comprises steps of: a step of etching to make a wire layer having diameter Ra as a first step; a step of etching to make a wire layer having diameter Rb as a second step; and a step of repeating at least twice etching steps to make a wire layer having a relatively larger diameter. |
