摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an anode active material is provided to maximize the surface area of a silicone wire used for the anode active material to maximize the discharge of lithium ions. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an anodal active material(220) having a wire structure by etching the surface of the material comprises steps of: a step of etching to make a wire layer having diameter Ra as a first step; a step of etching to make a wire layer having diameter Rb as a second step; and a step of repeating at least twice etching steps to make a wire layer having a relatively larger diameter.
