The radar rainfall intensity adjusting part calculates the error distribution of the radar rainfall intensities by a co-kriging method using the error data between the data on the radar rainfall intensities and the data on the ground rainfall intensities as a main parameter and the data on the distribution of the ground rainfall intensities corresponding to the data on the ground rainfall intensities as a secondary parameter.
