The device has a tubular arch (3) secured to a plate (2) for receiving a load and provided with a handle that is opened along length direction (4). A tubular upright of the arch is formed of guides of two telescopic crutches (1). The telescopic crutches are fixed in a housing by an eccentric system. Two vertical parts of the plate are provided with two openings (9) for allowing passage of a thin maintenance strap to partly maintain the small load. The open handle receives the maintenance straps to partly maintain high load.
