PURPOSE: A scrubber for venturi modulation and a dust collector including the same provided here are characterized in that the continuous processing of exhaust gas is available even when silane gas or metallic particles in the exhaust gas generate a scale and in that the scale processing period within the processing space is extended. CONSTITUTION: A scrubber for venturi modulation has a venturi scrubber main body (1), a reaction solution injection system (3), a venturi neck part (11), and a movable controlling part (12). The venturi scrubber main body with venturi processing space has a gas inlet (2) and a venturi processing gas outlet (41). The reaction solution injection system sprays a reaction solution on the venturi processing space. The venturi neck part forms a venturi area (15) generating venturi in the fluid flow passing through the processing space. The movable controlling part manages the size of the cross section of the venturi area. |
