<p>PURPOSE: An additive for animal feed for preventing the influenza virus infection, and the animal feed containing thereof are provided to use sialic acid-containing whey protein as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: An additive for animal feed for preventing the influenza virus infection contains sialic acid-containing whey protein as an active ingredient. The additive contains approximately more than 4wt% of sialic acid for the total amount of the sialic acid-containing whey protein. The additive additionally contains 0.1-50wt% sialic acid-containing whey protein.</p> |
