The present invention relates to galloyl-peptide which has excellent stability at alternating temperatures, antioxidant activity, whitening activity, and anti-inflammatory activity and a cosmetic external preparation composition for skins using the same. According to the present invention, a manufacturing method for galloyl-peptide which is stable at alternating temperatures and a cosmetic external preparation composition for skins using the same are provided. The galloyl-peptide of the present invention has excellent stability at alternating temperatures when compared with peptide used in the manufacturing of the galloyl-peptide. The cosmetic external preparation composition for skins using the galloyl-peptide can be manufactured into cosmetics, chemicals, and soaps.
