PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game control device, a game control method, a program, a game system, and a lottery device which are capable of performing a game or lottery processing more interesting than a conventional one when a target such as an object is drawn by lottery.SOLUTION: A game control device is provided with: presentation means for presenting a plurality of choices corresponding to an extraction condition of an object in a game; selection means for having one or more choices from the plurality of choices on the basis of information about input of a user; extraction means for extracting an object that matches the extraction condition of the one or more choices made; and imparting means for imparting the extracted object to the user.
