摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional ultrasonic flaw detection method capable of reducing the inspection time.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic flaw detection method includes a step S101 of detecting two or more shape echoes by performing ultrasonic flaw detection using one three-dimensional ultrasonic flaw detection sensor or a plurality of three-dimensional ultrasonic flaw detection sensors whose relative positions are fixed by a fixture or the like, a step S102 of determining rotation angle and ultrasonic propagation distance of a sector scan surface on which the shape echoes are detected and determining the deviation of them from rotation angle and ultrasonic propagation distance when the sensor is installed at an appropriate position, and steps S103 and S105 of acquiring, as a flaw detection result, flaw detection data of the ultrasonic flaw detection performed when the deviation of the rotation angle and ultrasonic propagation distance determined in the step S102 is within a tolerance.
