PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber and raw yard thereof, having good quality, low cost and low environmental load, and a method for producing pre-oxidized fiber.SOLUTION: It is able to decrease a sheath-core structure, produce a high performance carbon fiber and reduce a production cost of the carbon fiber greatly by a method of improving tension strength of a carbon fiber by 15% to 40% and toughness by 20% to 35% to realize a gel spinning step of a polyacrylonitrile raw yarn using a low molecular gelling agent, a method of decreasing the environmental pollution and improving strength of the fiber by melt-spinning polyacrylonitrile by using an imidazole based ionic liquid as a plasticizer in another embodiment, realizing a low cost and controllable pre-oxidization of polyacrylonitrile by manufacturing a polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidized fiber with melt-spinning in another embodiment, and realizing the low cost and controllable pre-oxidization of polyacrylonitrile by pre-oxidization before spinning in still another embodiment. |
