PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give an incentive to a user browsing an advertisement for spreading the advertisement via a link of a social network.SOLUTION: A Web server 10 and an SNS server 20 are communicably connected. An advertisement outputting section 111 of the Web server 10 outputs an advertisement 3, and an evaluation inputting section 112 receives input of evaluation of a user A to the advertisement 3. A propagation information transmitting section 213 of the SNS server 20 notifies users B, C, and D having a link with the user A in a social network of event information indicating the evaluation of the user A to the advertisement. A reward amount determining section 115 of the Web server 10 determines reward amount to be given to the user A. |
