PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid jetting device, a fluid jetting surgical instrument and a fluid jetting method which enable a pressure of fluid jetted from a nozzle can be appropriately adjusted in accordance with a distance between the nozzle and a fluid jetting object.SOLUTION: A fluid jetting device 1 comprises: volume change means 401 for changing a volume of a fluid chamber 501; and a pulsation generation section 100 having an inlet flow passage 503 and an outlet flow passage 511 which communicate with the fluid chamber 501. The fluid jetting device 1 further comprises: flow passage pipe 200 having a connection flow passage 201 communicating with the outlet flow passage 511 and a fluid jetting port 212; fluid supply means 20 for supplying fluid to the inlet flow passage 503; control means 30 for controlling the volume change means 401; and distance detection means 40 for detecting a distance between the fluid jetting port 212 and a fluid jetting object. The control means 30 controls the volume change means 401 in accordance with the distance detected by the distance detection means 40.
